How does this work?
We sell downloadable PDF service manuals delivered to your email address after checkout. We do not ship any printed material. Our system will send you an order confirmation email containing a download link within minutes of completing checkout. When you download the manual to your computer or device for permanent viewing, you will always have viewing access.
Where do I download the manual once I’ve paid?
An order confirmation email with the link to download your file will be dispatched to the email address specified at checkout shortly after checkout. Look for a link within the order confirmation email that says “Click here to download” to begin downloading the file.
If you haven’t email from us within 15 minutes of completing checkout please be sure to check your spam or promotions folders.
How long do I have to download the manual I purchased?
You have up to 90 days to download the manual with a limited number of download attempts. Please save the download to your computer in that time for permanent viewing. We recommend keeping a backup on a USB flash drive. If you have trouble downloading a manual, please contact us.
What do I need to view a manual?
All manuals are in PDF format. We recommend Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader (both free) as a PDF viewer. Some manuals containing multiple PDF files are packaged in a zip archive that needs to be unzipped (extracted) to your computer. Once unzipped to your computer, you will find one or more PDF files.
How do I open a zip file?
Some manuals contain multiple files compressed into a zip file. The zip file will need to be extracted before you can view the contents. This functionality is generally built into computers but a separate app may be needed for phone/tablet devices. Instructions can be found below.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. If you purchased the incorrect manual by mistake, please contact us before attempting to download the file. All access and download attempts are logged to prevent fraud.
Which payment methods do you accept? Is your website safe?
We accept PayPal, secure credit/debit card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other popular wallets. Our website uses encryption to safely transmit your payment data directly to our payment processors. You can be assured that your sensitive payment information is not stored on our systems. We also routinely scan our files for viruses and malware.
